SB Real Estate is active in management and redevelopment of real estate. In August 2019 SB Real Estate acquired two retail centers: De Aarhof (12,303 m2) in Alphen aan den Rijn and City Passage (7,405 m2) in Veldhoven.
In February 2021 the real estate portfolio was expanded with the acquisition of the Prinsenpassage (part of shopping center In de Bogaard; 19,787 m2) in Rijswijk. SB Real Estate intends to redevelop these properties in order to realize residential units and upgrade the retail space.
