HAL Portfolio Leadership Development Program
To support the management teams of its portfolio companies, HAL Investments is recruiting high-potential candidates with 2-6 years’ working experience for its Portfolio Leadership Development Program.
Candidates in the Leadership Development Program will work on high impact projects in several portfolio companies. The typical project duration will be 6-18 months, after which candidates will transfer to a different portfolio company. Candidates will work at the portfolio companies’ locations and will report to the top management of these companies. During the Program’s 2-year tenure, the candidate thus has the opportunity to experience various companies and management teams.

Profile and procedure
The portfolio companies and HAL Investments are looking for smart, talented candidates with a ‘getting things done’ mentality, leadership potential and excellent communication skills. The Leadership Development Program is aimed at candidates with 2-6 years’ working experience, for instance in strategy consulting or a management traineeship. However, the Program is open to candidates with diverse backgrounds as the selection process is aimed at identifying the greatest talents regardless of former experience. As the portfolio companies are primarily based in the Netherlands, full command of the Dutch language is a must.
